Yes, there is a lawsuit filed in PA that is challenging Sen. Obama's eligibility to hold the office of POTUS. So

Unrepentant terrorist Bill Ayers helped kickoff Obama's political career years ago at Ayers'
house! He served on a board with him, spoke at the same events, made financial decisions with him... yet
Obama feels the relationship is "no big deal" since Ayers' bombed the Pentagon and Capital building so long
ago! hmmm... are we to really believe that excuse?
